First-time registrations: Please be prepared to provide the following required information:

 "Flames Academy in-house" is our in-house program, for players age 4 to 7.

"Flames AYSA" designates Flames teams in the AYSA league, for players age 7 or 8 to 8th grade.

Concussion Awareness and Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) information may be found through the Ohio North Player Safety page at www.ohionorthsoccer.org/playersafety.
